Butcher’s Choice cuts the ribbon

The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting Tuesday, May 26, welcoming Butcher’s Choice and owners Scooter and Nova Long. Among the menu offerings the family-owned restaurant and mini meat market offers ribeye sandwiches, ribeye salad, grilled chicken or turkey breast salad, and pizzas “any way you want them.” Butcher’s Choice is located at 350 Highway 84 in Fairfield.
